In order to keep things running smoothly and on schedule, Pavemint will notify you 15 minutes prior to the end of your reservation. If the space you are parked in doesn’t have another reservation immediately after your own, you will have the option to extend your reservation from the app. If your reservation can be extended, you will see a button that says “Extend” on the Active Reservation screen. This screen will appear right when your reservation begins.
If the reservation cannot be extended, this means the listing is scheduled to close after your reservation or another Guest has reserved the space. If this is the case, please be sure to move your vehicle before your reservation ends, as staying past your reserved time may result in a fine.
If an emergency situation arises and you cannot extend your reservation or return to your vehicle on time, please message the Host from the Reservation Details screen and let them know what is occurring. You can also reach out to Pavemint Customer Care for assistance.
