Not to worry, we’re here to help! On the Active Reservation screen of the Pavemint app, we have a “Need Help?” button, which allows you to inform Pavemint Customer Support that another vehicle is parked in your reserved space. Upon selecting, simply enter the vehicle’s license plate and we will contact the vehicle owner. If the vehicle does not belong to another Pavemint Guest, we will contact the Host to ensure that they have not forgotten to honor the reservation. If neither the vehicle owner nor the Host can remedy the situation, you will be awarded a full refund and redirected to the closest available Pavemint parking space.
