Guests have the ability to cancel reservations after they have been made. Depending upon the details of the cancellation, the Guest may receive a full refund, partial refund or no refund. See the tables below for full details on how this works:
For reservations that are 1 day or less:
For reservations that are longer than 1 day:
Grace period after Guest makes a reservation
Guests are given a grace period of 24 hours from the time they make a reservation to cancel and get a full refund. This grace period only applies when the reservation start time is 24 hours or more from the time the reservation is made. For example, if a Guest makes a reservation that starts in 5 hours or less, the grace period does not apply.
