Some Pavemint listings are on gated properties. The Host should have included this information in the Listing Details section. To find out if a listing is gated, simply look for the “Gated” icon on the Listing Details screen before you reserve, or on the Reservation Details screen if you have already reserved. The Reservation Details screen should include details from the Host on how to access the listing. The Host may also reach out to you through the in-app messaging system to give you instructions. Instructions may include an access code to open the gate or directions to a lock box with a gate opener inside. In the rare case that the Host has not provided any additional information, please message them through the app or contact Pavemint Customer Support for assistance.
