We always make every effort possible to avoid having your vehicle towed. However, there may be some extreme circumstances in which towing is unavoidable. The only time your vehicle could be towed is if it has been left past the length of the reservation and you have not made any efforts to extend your reservation and not responded to efforts to contact you by the Host or Pavemint Customer Care.
If you think you might be running late and don’t have the option to extend your current reservation, please reach out to the Host through the in-app messaging system or Pavemint Customer Care. Even if your vehicle is not towed, you may receive a fine for failure to vacate a listing at the agreed-upon time.
